dream swatch

Now with the correct link!

Since the recipient has now received it, I can show you the Dream Swatch! This was a quick and easy knit - I used Artyarns Ultramerino, which was a dream to work with. It reminds me of marigolds, which reminds me of the wedding planner in Monsoon Wedding. If you haven't seen it already, you should! It's a wonderful film.

i cry through the final wedding scene every time i watch it. it's like drinking JOY. and watching the planner eat those marigolds? it's such a powerful image to me.

i'm still GLOWING about the pomegranate by the way. Will you post pics of the whole series, so we can see what our sisters got?

And yeah, the marigolds. Its just amazing. I love his relationship with that girl.. *sigh*
